What it is: This is a beginner-friendly introduction to the Enneagram, designed to help families explore self-discovery without feeling overwhelmed. You’ll receive guidance on next steps and learning more about your Enneagram type.
What it’s not: This is not a team-building workshop, and no one will tell you your Enneagram type during the session.
Bring your own LEGO® pieces or purchase a kit for $10 per person. If using your own LEGO®, gather:
1 basic minifigure
1 small base plate (around 8×8)
25 assorted bricks (duplicates are fine, but variety is best)
Download and print the provided worksheet (one per person).
Have a small object, like Thinking Putty, a fidget spinner, or a Rubik’s Cube, to use during non-LEGO® moments.
Use a screen large enough for everyone in your family to see clearly. A phone is not recommended.
Make sure your Zoom app is updated and tested on your network before the workshop.
This session combines the Enneagram with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, encouraging families to build stronger connections through storytelling and play. It helps cultivate a healthy family dynamic by bringing members closer.

The Enneagram is a guide to celebrating and appreciating our differences.
We each interact with the world in unique ways. The Enneagram uses nine types to assist in comprehending our motivations behind the precious stories of how we interact with people and circumstances.
Understanding these motivations not only brings self-discovery, but keeps those discoveries as guiding lights for developing empathy and compassion for ourselves and others.
