This workshop uses LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology to help you uncover your Enneagram types through guided exploration, reflection, and story. Unlike traditional typing methods, this experiential approach lets you physically build and explore different aspects of your personality using provided LEGO® bricks.

Through careful facilitation, you’ll engage in meaningful dialogue and hands-on activities that reveal your team members’ uniqueness. The workshop’s playful nature helps bypass mental barriers, allowing for more profound self-discovery.

When the workshop concludes, you’ll receive a report detailing each team member’s Enneagram type and how each type can more empathetically interact with others.
