In a hands-on session using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology, your team begins to surface what matters to each person — through building, conversation, and guided reflection.

Time varies based on team size.

It’s purposeful, and it’s fun.

  • Location: In-person

Over the following weeks, I meet one-on-one with each team member for an Enneagram typing interview. This is where the individual depth happens — each person discovers the motivations behind how they move through the world.

I compile everything into a report built specifically around your team — how your types interact, where your strengths compound, and where I can help close the empathy gap. We then meet to walk through the results together.

Your report includes a profile of every Enneagram type on your team — a summary of how each type is motivated, their strengths and challenges, and how they can best interact with the other types present. It’s built around your specific team, not a generic template.

Your privacy matters. Individual interview content remains confidential — what appears in the team report is shaped by what each participant is comfortable sharing.

  • Location: In-person or Zoom

It depends on your team size and goals.

Phase 1 is an in-person workshop, Phase 2 is individual interviews scheduled over the following weeks, and then a final report and debrief for Phase 3.
