By the end of the day, your team will have worked through everything that emerged from the building exercises and distilled it into 7 shared principles — short statements that capture the values and commitments your team identified as most important.
These aren’t assigned or suggested by a facilitator. They come entirely from your team, which means everyone in the room has ownership over them.
The day is structured around a series of guided building exercises using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology.
Each exercise builds on the last — starting with individual reflection, moving into shared conversation, and ending with your team constructing something together that represents who you are. That final build goes home with your team.
